State Representative Bill G. Schuette will host a live tele-townhall event and hold a pair of staff office hours events this month for people he represents in Midland County and parts of Gladwin and Bay counties.
“Ask Bill G.” is a great way to talk priorities or hear concerns people across our area have,” Schuette said. “Listening to workers, families, small business owners and many other people in our communities at events like these allows me to effectively serve as a voice for us in Lansing and fight for issues that impact our area. I invite anyone who is interested to attend.”
The tele-townhall will take place on Tuesday, April 21 at 5:05 p.m. Participants can call 877-229-8493 to join with passcode 123260, and questions can also be submitted to BillSchuette@house.mi.gov prior to the event.
David Chhum, who serves as legislative director for Representative Schuette, will also be available to talk with constituents in-person at a pair of office hours on Monday, April 27 at the following times and locations:
- 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Beaverton Activity Center, located at 106 Tonkin Street in Beaverton.
- 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Midland Business Alliance, located at 300 Rodd Street in Midland.
Those who are interested in attending the staff office hours events can RSVP with Chhum at DChhum@house.mi.gov. Anyone unable to attend this month’s “Ask Bill G.” event or either of the staff office hours are invited to contact the Office of Representative Schuette by calling (517) 373-0152 or emailing BillSchuette@house.mi.gov.
