State Representative Bill G. Schuette is continuing his commitment to listening to residents of Midland and Gladwin counties and answering questions they may have at his next monthly “Ask Bill G.” event.
Representative Schuette will be hosting another of his tele-townhalls on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 5:05 p.m. on his official state Facebook page at www.facebook.com/StateRepSchuette. Questions can be submitted to BillSchuette@house.mi.gov prior to the event.
“I look forward to hearing from people throughout our area, as well as talking about the new state budget that was recently signed and provides historic funding for our students, local roads and law enforcement officers who help keep our communities safe,” Schuette said. “These are great opportunities to talk about the latest both locally and in Lansing, and I invite anyone who is interested to attend or submit questions.”
David Chhum, who serves as legislative director for Representative Schuette, will also be available to talk with constituents in-person at a pair of office hours on Friday, Oct. 24 at the following times and locations:
- 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Beaverton Activity Center, located at 106 Tonkin Street in Beaverton.
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Midland Business Alliance, located at 300 Rodd Street in Midland.
Those who are interested in attending the staff office hours events can RSVP with Chhum at DChhum@house.mi.gov. Anyone unable to attend this month’s “Ask Bill G.” event or either of the staff office hours are invited to contact the Office of Representative Schuette by calling (517) 373-0152 or emailing BillSchuette@house.mi.gov.
