Representative Schuette To Host “Ask Bill G.” Tele-Townhall, Office Hours Events This Month
RELEASE|June 15, 2026

State Representative Bill G. Schuette has announced a live tele-townhall event and a pair of staff office hours events in June for constituents to ask questions and share their priorities.

“My legislative office is always available to talk with workers, families and small business owners I represent in Mid-Michigan,” Schuette said. “These Ask Bill G. events are a great time to talk about the latest both locally and in Lansing. It also allows me to take our voice to the Legislature and advocate for issues where people want to see change, like lower taxes, better roads, less government red tape, and more. I invite anyone who is interested to attend, and my team and I are looking forward to chatting with you.”

The tele-townhall will take place on Wednesday, June 24 at 5:05 p.m. Participants can call 877-229-8493 to join with passcode 123260, and questions can also be submitted to BillSchuette@house.mi.gov prior to the event.

David Chhum, who serves as legislative director for Representative Schuette, will also be available to talk with constituents in-person at a pair of office hours on Friday, June 19 at the following times and locations:

  • 12-1 p.m. at Midland Business Alliance, located at 300 Rodd Street in Midland.
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. at the Beaverton Activity Center, located at 106 Tonkin Street in Beaverton.

Those who are interested in attending the staff office hours events can RSVP with Chhum at DChhum@house.mi.gov. Anyone unable to attend this month’s “Ask Bill G.” event or either of the staff office hours are invited to contact the Office of Representative Schuette by calling (517) 373-0152 or emailing BillSchuette@house.mi.gov.
